Runs Nov 2 – Dec 11 (no class Thanksgiving week), with the final exam Dec 11.
This OREC-approved 90-hour course combines 45 hours of in-class instruction with 45 hours of distance learning (reading, activities, quizzes, and exam prep).
Tuition: $350, which includes textbooks, handouts, activities, classes, optional reviews, and the final exam.

Attendees will be responsible for preparing for each 3-hour in-person class session by completing the assigned reading, questions, quizzes, and activities.
The reading assignments in Modern Real Estate Practice will be Unit Number and Guide to Passing the PSI Real Estate Exam will be the Chapter Number.
